About MeMy name is Shannon Case and I am a professionally trained pastry chef! Baking has always been something that I have loved to do and I have turned my passion into a business. I went to culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in North Carolina and have an associates in applied science for baking and pastry. I have been working in the industry since 2014, I worked at Disney World in Florida and am back in Illinois with my family. I love what I do, and I love being able to work with clients to make creative treats!
